Duties outlined below and not limited too: As an administrative assistant this role will cover a broad range of duties, primarily providing support to the wider European Investment team and Executive Assistants.You must be able to work independently and prioritise your workload effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.Roles & Responsibilities
- Diary management for allocated stakeholders for all internal and external meetings and arranging associated travel
- Expense management for MD & directors
- Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients
- Supporting the wider European investment team with administrative tasks (booking meetings, arranging travel) Supporting the EA to Partner, Investments and support on overflow tasks, team events and global scheduling
- Organise team lunches, dinners and socials
- Supporting the Executive Assistant team with scheduling, travel and expense management as required
- Front of House assistance for on-site support for company events, large meetings and socials
- Ad hoc administrative support to teams across the business as required
