Team Administrator - Global/US Law Firm

The Role

We are seeking a Team Administrator to support a team of Lawyers and Secretaries in their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop their administrative career within a global law firm.

- City of London

- 1 day a week working from home

As a Team Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Expenses management
  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Document amendments and formatting
  • Time recording
  • Updating business development details and activity
  • Opening/closing matters and files
  • Invoice handling
  • Opening new matter files

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, positive approach with excellent communication skills
