A Housing Association is currently looking for a Business Services Administrator on a temporary basis for about for about 2 months.
Key responsibilities are as follows
Plan and organise meetings, workshops, meetings etc. as required, producing agendas, capturing accurate and concise minutes, arranging venue as needed
Provide excellent customer service standards to internal and external stakeholders
Efficiently keep information/filing/database systems up to date, including budget monitoring, providing administrative support on financial processes, e.g. purchase orders, invoices etc
Assist the BS Team in the delivery of specific milestones during the projects
Support BS managers in procurement of contractors
Assist the Business Service management in the repurposing of offices
Liaise with contractors before, during and after any decant and strip out
Liaise with departments/teams during any decant to ensure all relevant information is obtained and a process implemented to move people and equipment
Liaise with other teams for documents and compliance certification with maintenance contractors
Assist in overseeing services to the Auxiliary and smaller offices, maintaining data bases and ensuing creation of new and closure of existing offices follow the agreed procedures
Support Business Service contracts, assist coordinating physical services and liaise with suppliers, account managers and engineers in line with guidance from the Business Service & BS/BCP manager
Support a dispersed workforce operating in the office, the community and at home
Assist with local business continuity activity, developing and testing effective BCPs
Pay £18.86 PAYE £24.95 Umbrella
Essential Requirements
Must have a similar administrative background recently, preferably in housing
Excellent on Word & Excel
Great Communicator
Must be immediately available or on short notice
