Contract Adminstrator

Permanent role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our design and delivery team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of contract documentation and design processes to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong contract administration skills, excellent IT capabilities, and preferably experience in retrofit projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer contract documentation throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate design documentation, ensuring alignment with project specifications and delivery schedules.

  • Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely updates.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using client and internal portals.

  • Support the delivery team with compliance, procurement, and reporting tasks.

  • Monitor contract performance and flag risks, variations, or non-compliance issues.

  • Assist with tender preparation, submission processes, and post-contract administration as required.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in contract management and project delivery practices.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within design and construction sectors.

  • Familiarity with design coordination processes.

  • Advanced IT skills, including experience using client portals and document management systems.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Desirable: Experience in retrofit projects or energy efficiency programs.
