Highly influential law firm are looking for an experienced, skilled and personable Workflow Coordinator to join their central Document Centre team. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to develop your professional experience. This role will be working from home on the 8am - 4pm shift, this fully remote role is offering a basic salary of £40,000.

This remote position will be focused around managing the workflow within the document centre, delegating work, and managing deadlines. Previous experience within legal document production is essential for this role, as there will be 20% hands on document production work required on an ad hoc basis.

Key information on the role:

• Assist in identifying and executing ways to develop and enhance relationships with clients.• Liaise effectively with Document Centre Manager as required.• Excellent customer service skills.• Workflow management for the Document Centre.• Utilising client tools and templates in document preparation as required.• Technical document trouble-shooting support as required within the centre or directly with centre users.

• Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation.• Adherence to brand guidelines and best practices when preparing documents.• Producing work which is of a highly professional standard, consistent in formatting and style.• Managing and prioritising assigned projects to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. • Effective project communication and handover between shifts.

• Identifies concerns, risks and conflicts and asks for assistance when required in a timely and constructive manner.• To develop an overview on team skills in producing complex documents.

This law firm are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and oversee projects. The team require someone who can show initiative and good judgment and be able to work independently. With the ability to seek and respond positively to all forms of feedback (client/line manager/appraisal), learning from experience.

The ideal candidate for this position would be strongly self-motivated; and always adopt a 'can do’ approach; and someone who takes pride in their work and the larger organisation.

Experience of administering effective workflow management systems in a legal or other professional services environment is essential when applying for this role.
