- Manage complex and frequently changing diaries
- Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the Chief Executive and Executive Office
- Monitor and manage the Chief Executive’s correspondence, including inbox management and written communications
- Coordinate national and international travel, including visa arrangements and producing detailed itineraries
- Maintain efficient electronic and paper filing systems, archives, and contact databases
- Process expenses and invoices
- Organise internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, supporting materials, and minute-taking
- Work collaboratively with the EA team
- Support the Director in preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation, following corporate branding and standards. This includes strong writing, presentation, and proofreading skills
- 5+ years of 1:1 EA experience
- Degree or equivalent required
- Financial Services experience desired
- Previous experience supporting C-suite or board-level executives in high-profile, fast-paced organisations
- Exceptional attention to detail
