  • Play a key role in supporting the exams team, ensuring the smooth delivery of in-person examinations and assessment processes. 
  • Working closely with the Examinations Manager (Operations) to provide effective administrative support to the team.
  • Providing administrative support for in-person examinations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of examination papers.
  • Administering special examination arrangements.
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and assessment administration.
  • Providing administrative support to the Assessment and Regulations team throughout the academic year.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for student enquiries related to in-person examinations.
  • Supporting PhD submissions and postgraduate research administration.
  • Collaborating with Registry colleagues to maintain a high standard of service, ensuring a positive experience for both staff and students.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Recent administrative experience in higher education, ideally within exams, registry, programmes, or a related department.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to record and manipulate data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to students and staff.
