Fraser Carver are working with a fast growing financial services firm based in Mayfair who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Sales Director and the wider sales function. The position will be based full time onsite so please only apply if you are happy for full time office working in Mayfair.
The role will include a wide range of duties to include but not limited to:
- Diary management and organising internal/ external meetings
- Inbox mangement
- Minute taking/ sitting in on management and team meetings
- Asissting with preperation of monthly reporting, utilising Excel & PowerPoint
- Travel management and associated expenses
- Management of wider team correspondence
- Keeping up to date with AML legislation/ FCA guidelines
- Ad-hoc administative tasks
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years EA/PA experience gained within a financial services environment.
