We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Secretary to join a prestigious private office supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual. This role is mainly a secretarial position within the office, with additional PA duties, such as following direct instructions from the principal and providing assistance with personal tasks. The ideal candidate is a Russian speaker and possess a dynamic, discreet, and solution-driven approach to managing a diverse range of responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-profile private office in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing emails
  • Managing the diary
  • Preparing, scanning, filing, and archiving documents
  • Arranging travel
  • Organising meetings (both online and in-person)
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Handling various types of inventories (art, medical, etc.)
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed

Required skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
