Our client, a top 50 law firm, is looking for a Junior PA to join their Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis in London. The role offers fantastic hybrid working options and a competitive salary of £35,000.

This position provides the opportunity to work within one of the largest Real Estate teams in the UK, offering dedicated PA support to a Real Estate Partner and Legal Advisors. Key responsibilities include full diary and email management, financial and billing administration, document production, compliance tasks, client liaison, and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience, preferably within Real Estate or a similar practice area. Strong document production skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. A proactive and methodical approach, coupled with the ability to manage competing demands effectively, will be key to success in this role.
