A highly reputable UK Law firm that's admired around the world, is seeking a Legal PA/Team Leader.

Salary - £50,000

Location - City of London

Hybrid - Alternating weekly 3 days and 2 days from home

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal PA/Team Leader to join a friendly and supportive department providing first-class professional support at Partner level whilst also providing managerial assistance as Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritise and delegate effectively and will have excellent communication and organisation skills required to undertake this dual role.

  • Proactively managing and maintaining fee-earners diaries
  • Making extensive travel arrangements and producing itineraries
  • Producing documents as required
  • Liaising with clients
  • Using initiative to take responsibility of administration to assist fee earners
  • Managing the day to day operations of the team
  • Providing regular updates on all staff movements and developments
  • Coordinating, monitoring and managing absence requests
  • Handling recruitment, coordinating induction/training of new joiners
  • Assisting on the promotion, talent, pay and bonus reviews
  • Organising and facilitating seating plans and moves within the department
  • Holding regular meetings, one to ones and setting up mentoring pairs
  • Conducting performance reviews and implementing PIPs
