Legal PA - 1:1 role - City Law Firm / Hybrid Working - up to £45k + great benefits

A successful Law Firm in the City of London, is looking for a proactive, diligent and experienced Legal PA, with fast, accurate audio typing skills,to provide a high level of comprehensive support to a very busy and successful partner on a 1:1 basis.

Key responsibilities as the Legal PA will include:

  • Proactive diary and email management
  • Extensive audio typing / digital dictation
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Organising travel bookings and producing detailed itineraries
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Assisting with new business enquiries
  • File / matter management and managing matters
  • Preparation and management of documentation
  • Billing and financial management - assisting partner with billing procedures
  • Processing expenses and assisting with time recording
  • Updating the CRM database

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience is essential, ideally in a busy legal practice area
  • Fast, accurate audio typing / digital dictation skills are essential for this role
  • Ability to achieve high standards in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and remain calm under pressure
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced PC skills
  • Knowledge of document management systems and legal accounting packages
  • Dynamic and driven nature
