Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, schedule meetings, and maintain an up-to-date client database.
  • Support fee earners with time recording.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing.
  • Process invoices and expense claims.
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings.
  • Conduct conflict checks and assist with opening new files.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a corporate practice group at a law firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
