Legal PA

Larbey Evans is working with an international law firm to recruit a self-motivated and organised Legal PA to join its London office.

  • Salary to £47,000
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

This role will be perfect for someone who is confident managing a busy workload while providing proactive, timely, and high quality support to Partners and other senior fee earners, who are recognised as being at the top of their game in the legal industry!

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee earners, fielding calls, emails, and meeting requests
  • Proactive and advanced diary management
  • Full management of complex travel itineraries  
  • Collaborate with the BD team to plan and deliver client care programmes, mailings, event planning etc.
  • Support fee earners with the client/matter lifecycle to include prepare and issue timely and accurate bills
  • Process expense claims

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm
  • Strong time management skills
  • Previous experience managing multiple diaries
