One Ten Associates are working in partnership with an exceptional Boutique Alternative Investment Company based in London who pride themselves in their responsible investing strategies and are equally proud of the niche team they have built there too, currently looking for a PA/Administrator to join their established team and provide first class PA/Admin support to their CEO and potentially the wider business too.

For this role you will need:-

  • Fluent Business Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, cross checking and proof reading own work and correspondence.
  • Progressive mindset - wanting to grow and develop your career within this sector would be preferable.
  • Business related degree ideally in a mathematical subject would be advantageous.

You will you be responsible for setting up meetings, road shows, events, diary management, sending invites to delegates, preparing rooms and documents.

Sending out financial reports and financial updates to their Investors

You will also be involved with sending our financial reports to their Investors, so someone with a keen eye for detail and is well versed at cross checking and proof reading too.

There is potential for this role to support their Investment Relations team and could develop further down this route. If you had an interest, education or background within Finance and the investment sector this could be a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within this field.

They do work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday and can offer hybrid working 1 day a week from home once up and running in the role dependant on business needs.
