An exciting and varied role working for a family office that is looking for an experienced and high-level PA to assist in various aspects of the businesses along with PA duties for the Principal with possibly some travel involved. This is an exciting role which requires a proactive approach, excellent organisation skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

General responsibilities will include:

Inbox management, time management, communication, travel coordination, meeting support. meeting and event coordination, personal support and task and project prioritisation.

You will be need to be a self-starter possessing an abudance of intiative but also know when to ask for help and be very IT savy. The ability to speak Hebrew is highly desirable.
