Day-to-day of the role:

  • Allocate and process incoming invoices with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are handled efficiently.
  • Engage in raising job orders and maintaining meticulous records, showcasing your organizational prowess.
  • Utilize your strong Excel skills to perform general finance administration duties, including data entry and reconciliation, supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to the smooth operation of our finance department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role.
