Day-to-day of the role:
- Allocate and process incoming invoices with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are handled efficiently.
- Engage in raising job orders and maintaining meticulous records, showcasing your organizational prowess.
- Utilize your strong Excel skills to perform general finance administration duties, including data entry and reconciliation, supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to the smooth operation of our finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data entry, formatting).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
