Programme Executive - Fulham, London. £28-33K

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Executive to join this medical company. We are looking for an ambitious Programme Executive to support the education and programme team to create and deliver upcoming projects. The role will encourage the development of the Programme Executive and will involve working closely alongside the Head of Global Programmes and Administrative Executive, as well as the wider team.

Key responsibilities for this Programme Executive will include:

• Collaborate with the Programme Organising Board to develop and deliver clinical academic sessions

• Collaborate with key opinion leaders and societies to coordinate sessions and partnership opportunities

• Work with the administrative executive in maintaining and updating internal programme management spreadsheets and ensuring the internal database is kept up-to-date with programme information

• Liaising with Faculty to send event invitations and communicate their travel and hotel arrangements

• Assisting the events team with upcoming projects from inception to the day of delivery

• Working with colleagues to ensure the accuracy of the clinical content for the parallel sessions to be included in marketing brochures and on the website

• Scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and supporting visitors

• Maintaining excellent organisation, especially during busy times of the year

• Managing and improving relevant processes

Essential skills and qualifications for this Programme Executive:

• An interest in building an in-depth understanding of vascular disease management

• High standard of organisational ability

• Able to work to strict deadlines ensuring contractual compliance and requirements are met

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work

• Excellent IT skills including MS Office

Education and experience requirements for this Programme Executive:

• University background would be an advantage in dealing with many academic speakers - Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Prior experience in successfully managing large-scale projects/activities, ideally in an education/or clinical context
