This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA/Office Assistant with fluent Russian and English language skills to join a fast-growing company based in the heart of London, supporting the Director and a small team of management professionals with various office-related tasks.
Responsibilities
路 Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager鈥檚 attention
路 Covering the reception area for the Director, being a gate-keeper
路 Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
路 Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
路 Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
路 Managing databases and filing systems
路 Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners with a warm and professional approach, offering tea/coffee
路 Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
路 Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
路 Schedule and support meetings, including room bookings and refreshments
路 Ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment for staff and guests
路 Liaise with external vendors and service providers when needed
路 Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination.
Key Skills
路 5+ years of experience as a PA and Receptionist or in a fast-paced environment
路 Fluent Russian language command is a must
路 Experience working in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus
路 Strong organizational and multitasking skills
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
路 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
路 A proactive and problem-solving mindset
路 Comfortable working from an office in Central London full time, occasional overtime may be required
