If so, Signature Recruitment is recruiting for a Student and Academic Support Officer on behalf of our client, a leading London university. This fully on-campus role offers an immediate start and will run for six months.

As a Student and Academic Support Officer, you’ll be part of a busy, student-facing team delivering vital administrative support across the academic year. You’ll play a key role during peak periods such as assessments and module registration. You will support students with queries, guiding them through key processes, and assist with tasks like mark collation and exam board preparation. This varied role also involves contributing to service improvements and supporting wider departmental operations.

Student & Academic Support Officer Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a first point of contact for student and staff queries, providing clear guidance and support
  • Assist with academic admin including timetabling, recruitment processes, events, and room bookings
  • Service meetings and committees, taking minutes and managing follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate student records and manage data via spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Oversee shared inboxes and general admin duties as needed
Student & Academic Support Officer Key Skills:
