Team Administrator

City based law firm known for its collaborative and inclusive working culture is recruiting a Team Administrator to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to secretaries and fee earners in its London office.

  • Salary to £28,500
  • Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Team Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, and coordinating with support teams for large document production
  • Book meeting rooms, video conferences, taxis, restaurants, and liaise with internal and external attendees
  • Organise travel through the firm’s provider: flights, hotels, transport, foreign currency, expense claims, and detailed itineraries
  • Process travel invoices and expenses via Chrome River
  • Assist with light typing tasks (digital dictation, copy typing, amends) using house style and proofing for accuracy
  • Maintain and update fee-earner CVs in the firm’s CV Bank and coordinate pitch materials
  • Prepare WIP reports and assist with time-recording using Intapp
  • Support with event coordination, RSVP tracking, and use of InterAction to manage delegate lists and queries

Team Administrator Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience in a professional services or legal environment
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours on occasion
