Our client is seeking a professional temporary Office Assistant to assist them in their insolvency office!

The role requires an experienced, self-motivated individual to work alongside a dedicated team. This temporary contract provides a fabulous opportunity to refine reception skills in a friendly office!

Overview

  • Start date: Friday 30th May 2025
  • Full time- 5 days on- site
  • Duration: Temporary one-month contract
  • Hours: 9:00am- 5:30pm
  • £15 per hour
  • Site location: Canary Wharf

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reception cover, including answering calls, taking messages and making arrangements for visitors.
  • Manage an Outlook inbox.
  • Organise meeting rooms and operate staff calendars.
  • Maintain supply levels, including office stationery and kitchen refreshments.
  • Archiving documents appropriately.
  • Assist with all courier enquiries, including accepting, processing and mailing out.
  • Organise travel arrangements; hotels, flights, taxis.
  • Upkeep the cleanliness standards of the office.

Key Skills

  • Friendly and confident in liaising with staff and visitors.
  • A high level of organisation and time management.
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google Workspaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
