Physics Teacher – Secondary Academy, Haringey

Key Responsibilities – Physics Teacher
· Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
· Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.
· Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support to ensure all students reach their full potential.
· Support students in achieving outstanding outcomes, preparing them for higher education and STEM-related careers.
· Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum, ensuring it remains innovative and stimulating.
· Take an active role in extracurricular activities, including trips, clubs, and competitions.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning.
· Full time, permanent employment through the school
Who We Are Looking For – Physics Teacher
· A qualified teacher (UK QTS required) with a strong background in Physics, and ability to teach up to KS5 confidently.
· Degree level qualified and experience teaching Physics at secondary level.
· Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
· Skilled in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
· Experienced in delivering GCSE and A-Level Physics.
· A proactive, adaptable and reflective teacher who values professional development.
· A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
