Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Acute Physio Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The role involves working within an acute inpatient setting, supporting patients with a variety of conditions to regain mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute conditions

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physiotherapy services

  • Support early discharge planning and rehabilitation strategies

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and ongoing care

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

  • Previous NHS experience in an acute inpatient setting

  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
