The Role:
As aPaediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.

What Were Looking For:
  • Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN)with at least18months UK experienceand an activeNMC PIN
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills tosupport and develop a team
  • Up-to-date experience intracheostomy care and ventilators(within the last 2 years)
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillsto liaise with families and healthcare teams
  • Band 5 / Band 6 Nurseswith proven leadership experience are welcome to apply
  • Full UK Driving Licence(essential)

Key Responsibilitiesfor aPaediatric Clinical Lead:
  • Developtailored care plansto meet individual client needs
  • Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring highclinical standards
  • Provideongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions
  • Work closely withMDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissionersto maintain bespoke care packages
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families
