Responsibilities include:
- To support challenge and mentor a cohort of Newly Qualified
- Social Workers, and to provide reflective supervision to other
- social workers as part of the Steps to Success Programme.
- To model and support the embedding of the Better Together model of practice.
- To provide leadership in practice leading and supporting others in improving practice across the Supporting Families Division
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
