JOB TITLE: Research Lead
SALARY: Up to 60k
LOCATION: London - 2 days a week in the office

KEY DUTIES

  • Conduct and apply research to improve services using evidence, toolkits, and global best practices.
  • Analyse data trends, create impact reports, and support evidence-based improvements to delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders, share insights, and lead innovation to expand and strengthen implementation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • MSc qualified or equivalent experience with strong foundation in research and analytical methodologies.
  • Lead author or equivalent on minimum three high-impact, peer-reviewed academic or policy publications.
  • Deep commitment to evidence-based practice and applying research to improve frontline service delivery.
