The Account Manager Role:
As Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client relationships—managing live projects, optimising listings, and delivering high-impact results across leading marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication
- Run client review meetings, track performance, and anticipate business needs
- Manage product onboarding from selection through to listing on retail platforms
- Conduct pricing and market research to guide client proposals
- Coordinate with teams to collect and QA product content, imagery, and data
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop account expansion strategies
- Help pitch our services to new prospective clients
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Previous experience in retail, buying, e-commerce or product listing
- Knowledge of SEO, marketplaces, or digital marketing is a big plus
- Experience with CMS or online retail platforms preferred
- Bonus: basic Photoshop/image editing skills
