The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is early in their career, looking to build a strong foundation in executive search and recruitment. You’ll work directly with experienced consultants and founders to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier talent for niche roles across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential candidates and target companies
- Use LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing tools to build longlists and talent pipelines
- Qualify candidates through phone screening and initial outreach
- Draft engaging candidate approaches and job briefs
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM
- Support consultants with interview coordination and client reporting
- Stay informed on industry trends and talent movements
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, intelligent individual with strong communication skills
- Ambition to grow and progress within the recruitment industry
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical mindset
- Curious and research-driven - someone who loves digging deep
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but not essential
