The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is early in their career, looking to build a strong foundation in executive search and recruitment. You’ll work directly with experienced consultants and founders to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier talent for niche roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential candidates and target companies
  • Use LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing tools to build longlists and talent pipelines
  • Qualify candidates through phone screening and initial outreach
  • Draft engaging candidate approaches and job briefs
  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM
  • Support consultants with interview coordination and client reporting
  • Stay informed on industry trends and talent movements

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, intelligent individual with strong communication skills
  • Ambition to grow and progress within the recruitment industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical mindset
  • Curious and research-driven - someone who loves digging deep
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but not essential
