We're Hiring: Quality Engineer
Salary: From 45,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-14:00
Join our top client, a leader in large composite structures and GRP mouldings, working with top-tier clients like Rolls Royce, BAE, Airbus, Sunseeker, and Siemens. We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer to drive product excellence and process improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead quality planning for new projects
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
- Oversee inspections, audits, and manufacturing quality sign-offs
- Collaborate across Engineering, Production, and Customers
- Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and support cross-functional teams
We're looking for someone with:
Strong experience in manufacturing quality (ISO9001, AS9100)
A passion for driving quality improvements and team collaboration
Skills in inspection, root cause analysis, and documentation (FAIRs, QMS audits)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge a plus)
Proactive leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
