A leading consultancy delivering innovative digital solutions across the UK public sector is hiring a Power Platform Engineer to support its rapid growth and expanding portfolio of secure government projects. This is a chance to contribute to critical national infrastructure while honing your skills in a dynamic, agile team of technologists.
The ideal Power Platform Engineer will bring hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Youll collaborate closely with other software engineers, architects, and delivery leads to drive digital transformation in a meaningful and impactful space.
Your responsibilities as Power Platform Engineer include:
Designing and developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet high technical and security standards.
Participating in agile delivery teams to solve real-world government challenges through automation and process improvement.
Building and integrating components using broader tech stacks such as Java, React, Docker, and AWS where needed.
Supporting project rotation and contributing to a knowledge-sharing team culture.
Your previous experience as Power Platform Engineer will be:
Demonstrated hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong technical foundation with exposure to complementary technologies such as Java, Springboot, SQL Server, Jenkins, Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
An adaptable communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in complex environments.
Eligible for UK security clearance (BPSS minimum, with potential for higher levels of vetting).
