We are working with a London based consultancy who are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team working on high rise projects across the residential sector.Â
The Role
You will take a lead role in the structural design and delivery of complex, high-rise residential developments. You will be responsible for managing projects through all design stages, working closely with architects, contractors, and developers, and ensuring compliance with the latest building safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities for the Structural Engineer

Lead the structural design of high-rise residential buildings using reinforced concrete and steel.

Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project planning and delivery.

Develop and review Building Safety Cases in line with current regulatory requirements.

Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements for the Structural Engineer

4+ years of structural engineering experience, with a strong portfolio of high-rise residential projects.

In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and experience preparing Building Safety Cases.

Chartership or pursuing chartership with the ICE or IStructE (mandatory).

Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, Tekla, Robot, etc.).
