Our client is seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with 2+ years' experience who is looking to gain more responsibility, develop quickly, and work on a wide range of creative and sustainable building projects.

Working closely with two hands-on directors and a senior engineer, the successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, agile environment that encourages innovation and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the structural design of residential and commercial buildings
• Work on architecturally-led projects using sustainable methods and materials
• Collaborate with directors and engineers throughout the full project lifecycle
• Contribute to creative problem-solving and structural innovation
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and technical reviews

Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in UK building design
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
• Strong communication and lateral thinking skills
• Interest in sustainable design, reuse of materials, and modern construction techniques
• Self-starter with ambition to grow in a supportive, fast-paced firm
