- An award-winning top AJ100 practice is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant for their London office.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in developer-led residential schemes and preparing feasibility studies and planning applications, with some Stage 4 experience being advantageous.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and SketchUp is required, with Revit experience considered a plus.

- Newly qualified Architects are also welcome to apply for this role, which is focused on designing residential-led new urban quarters.
The ideal candidate will have worked on similar developer led residential schemes and will have experience preparing feasibility studies and planning applications at outline and detailed planning stages on UK projects. Some Stage 4 experience would be advantageous. You will require excellent design and communications skills and you will need to be proficient with the Adobe Suite and SketchUp. Revit experience would be advantageous.
