They are on the lookout for a job running and talented Project Architect to lead on a range of high-profile residential projects for their London studio.

Duties for the role of Project Architect:

Lead on large scale residential projects through all RIBA work stages
Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
Produce detailed drawing packages using Vectorworks and ArchiCAD
Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Requirements for the role of Project Architect:

ARB Registered
Significant post RBA Part 3 qualification experience
Proficiency with Vectorworks is essential
Experience with ArchiCAD is desirable
Experience managing projects within the residential sector
Job running experience
Excellent detailing and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
