Senior Architect / Principal Designer (CDM & BSA) - UK

Join a leading architectural practice and play a key role in delivering major UK projects! I am looking for a proactive Senior Architect/Technologist to provide technical support and Principal Designer services to a reputable practice.

You will work to ensure design safety and regulatory compliance through:

  • Technical design reviews & support
  • CDM & BSA Principal Designer duties
  • Business development for PD services
  • Mentoring project teams

What do you need?

  • Ideally you will have large-scale, mixed-use experience (especially HRBs)
  • In-depth Building Regulations knowledge are essential
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
