They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running on a range of residential and commercial projects for their Croydon offices

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Provide technical design services and project management to a range of sectors
- Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
- Produce building regulations and planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
- Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
- Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful delivery
Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- CIAT membership
- Proficiency with Revit
- Job running experience
- Specialist sector experience or experience working across a broad range of sectors
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Croydon area
