JOB TITLE: Associate Director
SALARY: Up to 60k DOE
LOCATION: UK Based - Fully Remote

We are working with a specialist insights and research consultancy that applies human-centred and psychological methods to help organisations make informed, insight-led, and commercially driven decisions. Combining deep behavioural expertise with strategic thinking, it enables brands to better understand their audiences and drive meaningful business impact.

They are currently looking for an Associate Director to join their growing team, details below:

KEY DUTIES

  • Lead all quantitative project phases from design, analysis and data storytelling to debriefs and workshops ensuring actionable insights.
  • Drive proposal creation, client engagement and team leadership through clear communication, collaboration and proactive relationship management.
  • Innovate quantitative methods, launch new analytical approaches and promote work through marketing, conferences and award submissions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced quantitative researcher with over seven years' end-to-end project expertise and strong analytical, statistical capability.
  • Skilled storyteller with technical strength, delivering engaging debriefs and actionable insights across service-based sectors.
  • Curious team player passionate about research, innovation, and continuous business and personal growth.
