About the Role:
We are seeking a driven, articulate, and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic real estate team in Dubai, specialising in the sale of luxury apartments in some of the city's prestigious developments. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to relocate from London to Dubai to represent a portfolio of premium properties in one of the world’s most vibrant real estate markets. You’ll be working with an international client base, delivering exceptional service and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and sell high-end residential apartments to both local and international clients

  • Manage leads from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice at every stage

  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings with professionalism and insight

  • Build strong client relationships through trust, integrity, and market knowledge

  • Keep up-to-date with current market trends, pricing, and new developments

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Work collaboratively with internal marketing, legal, and aftersales teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in a luxury segment

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals

  • UAE real estate experience is not required but you must have experience working for a reputable developer / estate agents in the UK.

  • Must be willing to relocate to Dubai (VISA's will be covered)
