Enterprise Account Manager - legaltech £85k base £135k ote Hybrid

We are recruiting for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager for a high growth Company who serve the legal sector and are enjoying immense success in the with a market leading platform that is being very well received amongst top law firms. There is substantial interest and pipeline for the platform and services with a flow of new customers.

In this growth-focused role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value legal clients driving deeper adoption, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and increasing account value through upsell and cross-sell initiatives across different teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow ARR across a portfolio of enterprise legal accounts
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and convert expansion opportunities across teams and departments
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value

Ideal profile:

  • Proven success in consultative, enterprise account management
  • A strong track record of revenue growth within, multi-stakeholder accounts in the legal sector
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • A proactive and commercially-minded approach to identifying new opportunities
  • Legal sector experience, you understand the landscape, stakeholders, and nuances
  • Strategic thinker with a drive to contribute to long-term growth
