We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow sales across our 3rd party salons in London and the South East. The role requires someone with prior experience selling to or working in salons.

Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with key 3rd party salons.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Actively prospect and and win new salon clients to drive new business.
- Drive sales growth within salons across your territory.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and their benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers.
- Provide comprehensive feedback and market intelligence to the management team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Oversee and manage contract negotiations with key accounts.
Profile
- Proven experience selling to salons or working in salons.
- A background in haircare or beauty.
- Existing network and understanding of how salons operate.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £38,500 - £40,000
- £6,000 car allowance
- 15% performance related bonus
- Field based role with a Central London office
