Digital Product Manager - Mobile Banking Transformation

Robert Half is supporting Protiviti Consulting on a major global transformation programme, redesigning and consolidating contact centre customer journeys into the mobile banking app to increase adoption and improve customer experience.

This is a hands-on Digital Product Manager role, reporting at a global level and working with cross-market teams. You'll own the end-to-end design and delivery of mobile banking product features that bring customer service and support journeys directly into the app across multiple regions.

Contract Assignment Details:

  • Location: London (Hybrid 1-2 days per week) OR Hong Kong (Hybrid)
  • Duration: Initial 3-6 months (with potential extension)
  • Day Rate: £400 p/day PAYE PLUS 12.07% holiday pay accrued (employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella company fees)
  • Start Date: Subject to Protiviti onboarding and technology setup (approx. 2 weeks turnaround)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver digital product features within the mobile banking app.
  • Redesign and integrate contact centre journeys (support requests, service enquiries, issue resolution) into the app.
  • Define product roadmaps and manage the full lifecycle from requirements through to launch.
  • Collaborate with UX, technology, and operations teams to simplify customer journeys and drive adoption.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders across multiple markets to ensure localisation and adoption.
  • Track KPIs and usage data to demonstrate customer experience improvements.

Experience Needed:

  • Proven Digital Product Management experience in mobile banking or large-scale consumer apps.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design and app-based service delivery.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver in complex, multi-market environments.
  • Familiarity with contact centre operations and digital channel transformation preferred.
  • Nice to have: conversational banking / chatbot experience (particularly relevant for India-based pod roles).
