Vacancy: REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR– Residential Estate Agency

Position: Permanent – Full Time
An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to manage multiple offices in North West London for a multi award winning, highly regarded national Estate Agency.
This a pivotal role, with the main objective being to maximise turnover and profitability, generate and develop new and existing business opportunities, provide exceptional service to the clients, ensure staff comply with all legislations, support and manage the team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager, you will have senior management experience and will be ready to fulfil and develop this role.Â

Skills required for this Regional Sales Director role will include:
- Significant experience in Estate Agency
- Held a Senior Branch Management level position within the industry

- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
