Our client is a leading global law firm with offices in the US and London. The London office has been established since 2010 and currently has a headcount of 200. The firm has grown from strength to strength with 2020 recorded as their best year ever.

They currently have an opening for a Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. As Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable function.

You will be working in a small team close-knit team who pull together and support one another during busy periods.

To secure an interview, you will need a minimum of 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience gained at a City law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Processing all accounts payable invoices via Elite/Chrome River Invoice, checking coding and approvals, identifying coding errors or missing information and pro-actively resolving these in a timely manner.
  • Processing all client-chargeable professional fees in a timely manner to ensure they can be included on our invoices.
  • Reviewing Chrome River dashboards and following up to ensure that expenses and invoices are processed promptly and input accurately.
  • Verifying and checking expense claims, ensuring VAT receipts are provided, in compliance with HMRC guidelines and internal policies.
  • Downloading telephone invoices each month and emailing partners and employees to identify client chargeable and personal entries.
  • Reviewing debit balances on the AP ledger on a daily basis.
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries received via AP London/London Accounts email inboxes and telephone.=

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years accounts payable experience gained within a law firm.
  • Knowledge of Elite 3E advantageous
