Armstrong Knight are working with a fast-growing, dynamic business operating in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector. With several active developments and more in the pipeline, they’re seeking a capable Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of their student housing portfolio.

?? Key Responsibilities-
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple student housing sites

Process purchase and sales invoices; manage AP/AR

Bank reconciliations and weekly/monthly cashflow monitoring

Assist with supplier payment runs and ledger maintenance

Support month-end routines and management reporting

Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries

Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance

Previous experience in a bookkeeping or assistant accountant role

Background in property, real estate, or student accommodation strongly preferred

Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

AAT qualified or QBE

Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first attitude
