Are you a friendly and diligent individual with a knack for keeping things in tip-top shape? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Porter/Caretaker in West London! This is your chance to be the backbone of our property, ensuring everything runs smoothly while engaging with our wonderful community!

What You'll Do:

- Keep the premises clean, tidy, and welcoming for all who enter.- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring everything is in order.- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep our space safe and functional.- Be the go-to person for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service.- Monitor the security of the property, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.- Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role is a plus!- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
