Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy specialising in IT and financial services. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with our client's expanding Commercial team. This role is crucial for defining and delivering technology solutions within their International Parcels division.

Day-to-day of the role:

Collaborate closely with business, operational, and IT stakeholders to manage and document process changes.
Engage in requirements management, ensuring that project deliverables pass through the necessary gating process within a Waterfall framework.
Conduct process modelling and map out necessary process improvements.
Gather and define precise business requirements to guide the development of technology solutions.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers in a multi-supplier environment.
Work effectively within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, adapting to the needs of the project and team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
Strong skills in requirements management and process modelling.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
Effective interpersonal skills including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.
Experience in vendor/supplier management within a multi-supplier setting.
Ability to work proactively, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Desirable: Experience in logistics or consultancy sectors.
