Operations Manager / Product Manager (TOP Investment firm!)

This is a Fully Remote role with a HQ in London. 1-2 days in the London office a month for a keeping in touch day(s)
Do you have Strong operations + client-facing exposure?
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes.
- Manage operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage Lifecycle of a Product from Onboarding, trading to reporting
- Manage Trading/Settlement in accordance with investment strategies
- Manage and review Onboarding
- Client relationship Management with both Fund Managers and Wealth Managers
- Working with various Service Providers
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and implement improvements.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to trading activities
