Join a Purpose-Led Firm Making a Real Difference

Are you an experienced Paraplanner who wants more than just a role crunching reports? Would you thrive in a business that champions diversity, gives back to the local community, and believes in building long-term client relationships with heart?

This isn’t your average financial planning firm. You’ll be joining a practice that’s proudly inclusive, socially responsible, and run by a truly inspirational Director who puts people before profits. Keen on funding local communityprojects and supporting clients with specialist sympathies and understanding, everything this company does is about impact, empathy, and integrity, whilst simultaneously delivering useful, comprehensive and suitable financial advice.

? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Writing templated suitability reports (you’ll get full training if needed)
  • Attending client meetings — 90% are in the office
  • Supporting two advisers who are collaborative and values-driven
  • Handling fund switches and product research
  • Option to get involved in annual review work as you grow

?? Why This Role Stands Out

  • ?? Purpose-led mission - Some clients are advised at a loss because serving the community matters more
  • ????? Progressive leadership - Female-led, socially conscious, and proud to break industry stereotypes
  • ? Creative culture - The founder runs and supports a local orchestra and takes them on international tours
  • ? Weekly team lunches - A private chef cooks in the office every Thursday
  • ?? Structured progression - Salary reviews after probation and when taking on more responsibilities
  • ?? Study support - Support to work toward further exams and qualifications

? What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1.5 years of paraplanning experience, including suitability report writing (templated is fine!)
  • Ideally passed RO1 (but exams not essential if you’re passionate and experienced)
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in East London, with free parking available
  • A great personality fit — someone warm, humble, collaborative, and community-minded

? Extra Credit If You...

We love candidates with life experience and emotional intelligence. If you’ve ever:

  • Volunteered, done charity work, or supported a local cause
  • Played a musical instrument, sung in a choir, or performed in a group
  • Cared for a loved one or given time to others outside of work

This is an exclusive opportunity with a team we know well — the hiring manager typically only does one interview, and we’ve successfully placed multiple people here over the years.

?? Interested?Send your CV to Ryan at Financial Divisions and let’s chat about whether this could be the next step in your career — and a place where your values really matter.
