�? What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing templated suitability reports (you’ll get full training if needed)
- Attending client meetings — 90% are in the office
- Supporting two advisers who are collaborative and values-driven
- Handling fund switches and product research
- Option to get involved in annual review work as you grow

? What We’re Looking For
- At least 1.5 years of paraplanning experience, including suitability report writing (templated is fine!)
- Ideally passed RO1 (but exams not essential if you’re passionate and experienced)
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in East London, with free parking available
- A great personality fit — someone warm, humble, collaborative, and community-minded
