We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm seeking a Practice Innovation Specialist to join their dynamic Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) team. This role offers the opportunity to drive legal technology adoption, enhance lawyer productivity, and improve client service delivery through cutting-edge solutions in AI, machine learning, client collaboration, and document automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for legal technology solutions.
  • Manage user provisioning and platform configuration to optimize technology adoption.
  • Analyze usage patterns, identify improvements, and implement targeted interventions.
  • Develop data visualizations and conduct analytics on technology adoption.
  • Support application testing and liaise with vendors on technical solutions.
  • Contribute to communication and change management efforts to drive technology awareness and adoption.
  • Develop training materials and learning resources to support new product implementations.
